About Us

Inner East Strata Management Services (IESMS) offers a professional management service to the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We started out managing strata communities in Kew, Balwyn, Doncaster, Box Hill, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Richmond, Collingwood, Northcote, Ivanhoe and have since extended our reach to all the east, south east and north east suburbs of Melbourne. 

Our Director, Donna Foster CPSM CMCA has a wealth of experience in front line management, sales, property and strata management. As a member of Strata Community Association and a qualified trainer for the ‘Essentials of Strata in Australia’ Donna appreciates the otherwise lack of education available to owners and to new recruits. Fortunately in response to the growing need for more qualified strata managers, the revised Certificate IV in Strata has gone some way to addressing the need for more skilled professionals, while we remain hopeful that our tertiary institutions will soon offer additional qualifications eg. Bachelor degrees / Masters etc. to those aspiring to be strata managers and/or those with the experience looking for a formal qualification. 

Regular feedback from our clients confirms our belief that transparency and communication are the two main concerns for all new clients.  We aim to provide that transparency by taking the time to communicate regularly with our strata communities.
